iOS - Guided Access

Enable Guided Access
Go to Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access → Turn on Guided Access

Set Passcode
Tap "Passcode Settings" → Set a 4-digit code (remember this!)

Launch the App
Open "10 Minutes of Nothing" and start a timer session

Activate Guided Access
Triple-click the side button (or home button on older devices)

Configure Options
Tap "Options" → Turn OFF "Touch" and "Motion" → Tap "Start"
💡 Pro Tip:
You can also disable the side button and volume buttons in Options for maximum focus.
⚠️ Important:
To exit Guided Access, triple-click the side button and enter your passcode. Make sure you remember the code!

Android - Screen Pinning

Enable Screen Pinning
Go to Settings → Security → Screen Pinning → Turn on "Pin windows"

Launch the App
Open "10 Minutes of Nothing" and start a timer session

Open Recent Apps
Swipe up from the bottom (or use the recent apps button)

Pin the App
Tap the app icon at the top of the recent apps screen → Select "Pin"

Confirm Pinning
Tap "Got it" to confirm screen pinning is active

Some Android devices have this feature in Settings → Apps → Special app access → Screen pinning

To unpin, hold the Back and Recent Apps buttons together, or use your device's specific gesture (varies by manufacturer).
